Par Certification 
The CBN insert holder uses strong steel material and strict machining (mainly turning and milling) process on CNC to ensure the quality; after machining, heat treatment processing is applied to better guarantee the holder's life performance.
There are various clamping ways based on customer's machine space, machine condition, cutting conditions and application preferences. It can be clamped with clamp, screws, levers; and designed with round bars or square shanks. Holder for PCBN inserts can be used on face turning, face and external turning, profile turning. Below is simple instruction of holder design and application.
Most CBN turning insert holders are standard and can be used for ceramic insert and carbide insert as well. If holder is required by customer, we strongly suggest customer to send detailed application, shank sizes, clamping ways for engineer's selection of proper holders.
