I. CNC Radiator Welding Machine Application
1. automatic weld two straight seams on one side of the radiator.
2. Place the radiator manually on the welding table. After welding one side, flip the radiator manually, then weld the two straight seams on the other side.
3. Programmable welding program. The system automatically stores and calls the welding program.
4. The fixture on the machine is used to fix the position of the radiator and prevent it from shifting.
5. Pulse MIG welding mode. The aluminum radiator welding seam is beautifully formed.
6. English control system, easy to operate. Customize languages such as Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese.

III. Basic Structure
1. Radiator is fixed. Welding position is horizontal.
2. Welding machine is equipped with 1 set welding power source to respectively weld seams of both sides. Double welding torches machine is available.
3. Aluminum radiator is positioned by fixture, and turns 180°manually to weld seam on the other side.
4. Japan OMRON PLC to control the whole machine operation, which guarantees the stability of machine.
5. CNC radiator welding machine consists of welding torch oscillator and laser light. . Oscillator band width: 25mm in step of 0.2mm. Laser light used to correct welding line.
